Can you imagine a car wash where they actually care about the quality of their work? Never thought I’d find that in LA. Then I found Shine. Super nice people, super high quality washes at good prices. Worth the drive from the west side.

They did a good job until the representative tried to charge me extra because my car was dirtier than they expected. Still, I didn’t like that they were trying to get me to pay for a standard service that they usually do for every car. Still, I guess since it’s dirtier than they expected, I can’t get the detailed service they would give any other customer, and would have to wait an additional hour. All it needed was a good wipe-down and a good vacuum, and it would have been fine. This is my first time coming here, and I probably won’t be coming back because your job is

I had been here before the new owner and thought the service was just okay, but this time it was a thousand times better! The customer service was excellent, everyone was very friendly, and they worked quickly without sacrificing quality. Everything was clean, organized, and efficient, and they left my car absolutely spotless. From the people who greeted me to the team who washed the car, everyone did an amazing job. I’m very happy with the service and will definitely be coming back!

I had a great experience at this hand car wash! From what I could tell, it’s a family-owned business, and you can really see the pride they take in their work. The owner was incredibly friendly, made sure my car was well taken care of, and had it cleaned thoroughly in a very timely manner. The attention to detail was outstanding, and my car looked fantastic when they were done. Their prices are very reasonable, especially for the quality of service they provide. It’s refreshing to find a business that genuinely cares about its customers and takes pride in doing the job right. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a quality hand car wash at a great price. I’ll definitely be coming back!
